Chef Masaharu Morimoto, critically and popularly acclaimed as the star of Iron Chef, has earned celebrity chef status for his immaculate integration of Western and Japanese ingredients. Entering its tenth year of operation, Redd is the premier venture of acclaimed Northern California chef, formerly of Masa’s, Jardiniere, and Auberge du Soleil. With a unique interpretation of wine country fare, Redd introduces influences from Asia, Europe, and Mexico in a sophisticated environment. PRESS offers a cozy yet luxurious ambiance, delectable daily selections of fresh seafood; fine prime dry-aged beef grilled over almond and cherry wood, wood-fired rotisserie chicken, and locally raised lamb and pork.
