The building features 29 residences comprising of one and two bedroom condos, just two duplexes and a three-story penthouse that crowns the 40th, 41st and 42nd floors with soaring 15’ ceilings. One bedroom condos start at 1,543 square feet, however, most of the condos are two bedrooms ranging from 1,767 to 1,771 square feet. There are only two duplex apartments with three en-suite bathrooms ranging from 3,277 to 3,312 square feet. Each Offering enjoys floor to ceiling glass to maximize views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline.
